Covid 19 – Updates for our customers.
Holidays departing on or before 31st August
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to suspend all our tours due to depart up until 31st August.
We appreciate how disappointing it can be not to be able to enjoy the holiday experience that you had planned. If your holiday has been impacted, you do not need to do anything as we will be in touch with you in due course. We are contacting our customers in departure date order. This remains an unprecedented situation with nearly all our staff still working from home, so please bear with us. We really do appreciate your patience.
Holidays departing from 1st September
It’s encouraging now to see signs of recovery in various countries around the world, and we expect to start to operate at least some of our tours from September. Over the last few months we have been working hard with our partners and suppliers around the world so that when you travel with us, you can be sure that you are in the safest of hands.
If your tour cannot go ahead as planned, we will be in touch with you directly to explain your options.
Transferring or changing your holidays
If you are uncertain about travelling and would like to transfer your holiday planned for September or October to a later date or next year, you can do so free of charge provided you let us know in the timescales outlined below:
- Holidays departing in September: At least 6 weeks before departure
- Holidays departing in October: At least 8 weeks before departure

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my holiday is cancelled?
If your tour has been impacted a member of our team will be in touch with you. We are working through the impacted tours in order of departure date and prioritising customers whose tour was due to depart on a rolling 2 to 4 weeks basis.
If your tour is booked for later in the year, please do bear with us as we monitor how the situation is unfolding which continues to change.

Should I call/email Travel Department about my holiday?
Whilst we appreciate your concern regarding your forthcoming holiday, please note that our phone lines are extremely busy. You can rest assured that if your booking has been affected , we will contact you in due course. We thank you for your patience during this time.
Should I pay my balance?
If your holiday is due to start after the end of August and we have sent you a reminder to pay your balance, then your holiday is expected to continue as planned. If you do not want to continue with your holiday, please contact us immediately to arrange a transfer.
If you do not pay your balance and do not contact us but subsequently wish to transfer or cancel, our standard cancellation charges will apply. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
