Holiday highlights

Buenos Aires
Downtown Buenos Aires is as sophisticated as any European city, with its wide avenues, fine colonial architecture and rows of pavement cafés. Travellers walking through the leafy parks and boulevards could be forgiven for thinking they were in Madrid, Paris or Milan. However, for all its diversity, the elusive spirit of Argentina as a country is present everywhere in Buenos Aires.
Tango Show
At the Tango Show, you will enjoy a display of this country’s national dance. The tango is perhaps the best expression of that spirit - practiced in dance halls, parks, open plazas, and ballrooms; it is a dance of intimate separation and common rhythm, combining both an elegant reserve and an exuberant passion.
Rio de Janeiro
Mention Rio to anyone and immediately the name evokes images of sultry street parades, the Sugarloaf Mountain, the statue of Christ the Redeemer, and the beach at Ipanema. The exuberant cultural capital of Brazil is tucked between the mountains and the sea and is endowed with a natural beauty that ranges from the beaches to the mountain peaks.
Iguazu Falls
Straddling the Argentina/Brazil border, the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Site Iguazu Falls is undoubtedly the most visited place in both countries. Four times the width of Niagara Falls, the titanic horseshoe-shaped flow of thundering water is divided by various islands into separate waterfalls that spread over nearly two miles of the Iguazu River and flow through the territories of both Brazil and Argentina.
