Discover the capitals of the Baltics with us on this 10-night holiday. We’ll sail through the Baltic Sea to visit the majestic cities of Berlin, Tallinn, St. Petersburg, Helsinki and Stockholm on board the 4 Star Norwegian Escape. Before our cruise begins, we’ll stay overnight in the colourful city of Copenhagen. While there, we’ll enjoy a half day guided tour to discover the cities must-see highlights including a visit to where Hans Christian Anderson wrote some of his greatest works. After exploring Copenhagen, we’ll embark on our cruise to visit the great cities lining the Baltic Sea. In addition to sightseeing and excursions, this holiday also includes plenty of leisure time to relax on board and avail of the ship’s amenities including an Aqua Park, casino, spa and delicious restaurants and bars.

Today is the day to begin your cruise! Transfer to Copenhagen Port and embark your ship for your 9-night cruise. There will be a half day Copenhagen city tour en route. The capital of Denmark, Copenhagen, is filled with canals, cobbled squares and copper spires. This is also Scandinavia's most cosmopolitan city, you can find some of Europe's finest shops, museums and cafes. Settle in and get to know the ship as you set sail on the Baltic Sea. Optional excursions* at ports of call are available to book in advance or on board the ship. *Please note there is an extra charge for optional excursions.
Warnemunde / Berlin, Germany
Today you will have the option to explore Berlin, one of the most historically rich cities in the world. See the Berlin's most important landmarks such as the Pariser Platz, the Brandenburg gate, the Reichstag, the Berlin Wall or you can visit Checkpoint Charlie.
Relax On Board
Today is a free day at sea to relax in the spa, catch a show at the theatre, take a dip in the pool or visit one of the ship’s bars to indulge in a cocktail – the choice is yours.
Today's port of call will be in Tallinn, Estonia. This compact city offers stunning architecture, an open-air museum and plenty of shopping and sightseeing opportunities. Make sure to take a stroll in the Old Town which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.
St. Petersburg, Russia
Dock at St. Petersburg
Today, the ship will dock at St Petersburg, Russia and will spend the overnight here. You’ll have time to visit the splendid Winter Palace - the former residence of the Russian Monarchs - and explore The Church of our Saviour on Spilled Blood, a famous building erected where Tsar Alexander II was assassinated. *St Petersburg is a Travel Department favourite and we recommend taking your camera to capture the fabulous art and history in this unique city.

Today you can explore St. Petersburg and after you have had time to enjoy your visit, your cruise leaves the port around 19:00 hrs.
The Finns are justly proud of their architectural heritage. Their capital presents a kaleidoscope of romantic, neo-classical, baroque and ultra-modern buildings in a symphony that could have been written by Sibelius himself. Visit the great Upenski Cathedral and the amazing Tempeliaukia church, carved out of rock. Then browse in the colorful market square, where you'll find crafts and produce from villages all over Finland.
Nynashamn / Stockholm, Sweden
Sometimes referred to the 'Venice of the North', there is a lot to see and do in Stockholm. With a host of museums and galleries, as well as the charming Gamla Stan (Old Town), there are plenty of places to relax and unwind in this lovely city.
Today is free to relax on board the ship as you begin your journey back to Copenhagen. Enjoy once last spa treatment or try your hand at a game of roulette in the on-board casino.
It's time to say goodbye to the Norwegian Getaway as you arrive back into Copenhagen. Your guide will meet you at the port and you will enjoy some free time for last minute shopping** in Copenhagen, before transferring on to the airport for your flight home. ** Subject to change depending on flight times
