Discover the Gardens of Tipperary with us and enjoy a holiday to the Premier County; a truly unique and special experience. On this 3-night garden break to Tipperary we will enjoy a visit to the lush green gardens of Killurney, which was voted ‘Best in Ireland’ in the last All Ireland Garden Competition. We’ll explore the award-winning private garden of Killmacomma and Ballyhist Garden with its spectacular backdrop of the Knockmealdown Mountains. We’ll take a step back in time and enjoy a guided tour of a delightful 'cottage orné' built in the early 1800s by Richard Butler, 1st Earl of Glengall to a design by the famous Regency architect John Nash. We are privileged to visit these and other private gardens in Tipperary, open exclusively for Travel Department, where we will receive guided tours and tips from the owners.
