Join us on this guided holiday to Montenegro, an idyllic location to relax and unwind. Montenegro is an Adriatic gem full of beautiful blue flag beaches, charming old towns and phenomenal landscapes. We’ll be staying at a fabulous beachside resort in Becici which will allow easy access to some of Montenegro main sights and attractions. We’ll visit the historic coastal town of Budva, enjoy a boat trip on Skadar Lake and explore its national park. This holiday also includes plenty of free time to relax at the beach or discover Montenegro on your own with tips from our expert guide.

Travel to Montenegro
Transfer to Budva
Upon arrival in Dubrovnik, you will be met by our local guide who will assist you in the transfer to your beachfront hotel in Budva, Montenegro. Transfer time is approx. 2hrs (subject to traffic).
You will have the remainder of the day at leisure to unpack, relax and explore the surroundings of your hotel.
Budva Walking tour
Half Day Guided Walking Tour of Budva
After breakfast, join us for a half-day guided walking tour of Budva old town. Come with us and discover this ancient town’s remarkable history and its medieval catholic and orthodox churches, Citadel and charming small squares. Entrance to the St Trinity Church and Citadel Fortress are included. Pick up times will be advised locally.
You can spend the afternoon taking in some more sights at your own pace or stop off in one of the town’s many cafe’s and restaurants.
Free Time in Budva
Today, you are free to explore Budva on your own. Why not take a dip in the clear aquamarine waters of the Adriatic, or enjoy the atmosphere at your hotel pool.

Spend today as you wish. You have lots of time to revisit the narrow streets of Budva old town or you may enjoy a long walk along the promenade. Chat with your guide during the previous day’s tours and pick up some tips and information on how to make the most of this fabulous location.
Full Day Excursion to Skadar Lake
Today, let us take you to the Balkan’s largest lake, Skadar Lake, one of the five national parks in Montenegro. Discover the unique nature of the lake while enjoying a boat ride around the many cultural and historic monuments situated on islands and peninsulas on the lake. This is an ideal spot for bird watchers and nature lovers alike. We can enjoy the taste of 2 types of famous wine from the Lake region while taking in the vast beauty of the lake. Finish the day in Virpazar with a short guided tour and some free time where you might like to try some local cuisine.
Free Time in Budva
Today you will be free to relax at your hotel or take in some shopping and sightseeing in Budva’s atmospheric Old Town. You might also like to take a boat trip around Boka bay. Our local guide will be happy to give you some recommendations on things to do and see.

Why not spend the last day of your holiday picking up some local Montenegrin treats to take home or spend the day at the beach enjoying some lovely sunshine.
