Over 13-nights, we’ll explore the great sites and hidden gems of Brazil and Argentina, including tropical rainforests, thrilling waterfalls and passionate tangos. In Brazil, we’ll see the famous giant statue of Christ the Redeemer before taking a cable car up the Sugar Loaf, and enjoying a tour of historic Rio de Janeiro. Moving on to Argentina, we’ll witness traditional dance, music and awe inspiring horseback skills on a full day excursion to a typical Argentinian farmhouse. We’ll explore Buenos Aires on two half-day guided tours, taking in both the northern and southern districts of Argentina’s vibrant capital. We'll see the top sights, including the colourful La Boca neighbourhood, and have the option to visit Recoleta Cemetery. In the evening, enjoy a mesmerising tango show with dinner.

Rio - Sugar Loaf Mountain & City Highlights
Guided Excursion of Rio including Sugar Loaf Mountain
Discover the beauty of Rio's beaches on our panoramic drive to Sugar Loaf Mountain; after all, Rio is famous for its beaches! We drive through some of the oldest parts of Rio with its cobbled streets, and colonial style buildings, passing the Opera House, the unique church in Gloria and the famous Aqueduct - Lapa Arches.
All aboard! We take the cable car ride up Sugar Loaf Mountain and fall in love with the panoramic views. At the top we take in beauty that Rio has to offer from above: beaches, skyscrapers, and lush rainforest, before we descend.

Corcovado & Iconic Christ the Redeemer
Discover the Iconic Christ the Redeemer
Let’s see more of Rio! On our half day tour, we explore the hunch backed Corcovado Mountain. We make our way to the Cogwheel rail station passing traditional and beautiful historic mansions before boarding the train.
The summit of Corcovado is reached in approximately 20 minutes, passing through thick vegetation that is home to butterflies and birds with views of Ipanema beach below.
Make sure to wear comfortable and sturdy shoes, we have some walking to do! We climb the steps up to the 122-foot-tall iconic Christ statue with the city at his feet. Take in the breath-taking view (weather permitting) as we look down from 2,300 feet at the splendour of Rio and the vast Atlantic Ocean!
Churrasco Dinner and Rio by night
In the evening, we experience Rio by night on a panoramic tour, passing downtown Rio with all its dazzling lights. We end our evening with a typical Brazilian churrasco (barbecue) dinner at a local restaurant.

Rio Discover More
Today, is free to discover more of Rio. Take time out for shopping in one of the large city shopping malls, soak up the atmosphere at the world-famous Copacabana beach or savour some of the local Brazilian delicacies at a café while watching the world go by. Our local guide will offer suggestions on how to make the most of our last day in Rio.
Flight to Iguazu Falls, Brazil
Experience Iguazu the Brazilian Side
Today we say a fond farewell to Rio as we take an internal morning flight to Iguazu. We meet our local representative in Iguazu (Iguaçu) for a fascinating half-day walking tour of the Brazilian side of the thundering Iguazu Falls.
Slip on some comfortable walking shoes and enjoy a leisurely a 1.5km walk taking in the spectacular panoramic views along the way of this famous UNESCO World Heritage site.
Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing in this wonderful tropical setting, breathing in its unique atmosphere.

Fall in love with the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls, as we take another leisurely walk along a path with plenty of photo opportunities, and views of the Brazilian side of the falls. Watch in wonder as we stare down at millions of litres of water crashing over the rocks below. Feel the spray, and take in the wonder of these iconic and bucket list falls. A must see of any trip to Brazil and Argentina! Surrounded by lush jungle and dense forest, there is nowhere in the world quite like these beautiful falls.

We say a fond farewell to Brazil and hello to Buenos Aires! We depart for our morning flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina. On arrival, we meet our local representative and transfer to our hotel.

Buenos Aires Tour – San Telmo & La Boca
Guided Half Day Tour of the City of Buenos Aires
Discover the vibrant city of Buenos Aires on a morning half day guided tour through its southern districts. Start at the iconic Obelisk in Plaza de la República and take in landmarks along Av. Corrientes and Av. de Mayo, including the grand National Congress. Explore the historical heart of San Nicolás, home to Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada, the Cabildo, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Narrow cobbled streets envelop bohemian San Telmo, while La Boca is famous for its vibrant culture and colourful Caminito. We finish our tour in the modern elegance of Puerto Madero a revitalised neighbourhood with wide avenues, skyscrapers and panormaic views of Rio de la Plata, before returning back to our hotel.
After the tour, enjoy leisure time to shop for leather goods and local souvenirs. Relax at a streetside café with a glass of full-bodied Argentine wine, immersing yourself in the authentic Buenos Aires lifestyle.
Northern Buenos Aires Tour – Recoleta & Palermo

Let's discover the charm of northern Buenos Aires on a half day guided city tour. Start at the world-famous Teatro Colón, then explore Retiro’s Plaza San Martín, home to the statue of national hero General José de San Martín. In Recoleta, explore the iconic Cemetery (optional entrance) with Eva Perón’s tomb and the impressive Floralis Genérica sculpture. Continue to Palermo home to embassy residences, green parks, and landmarks such as Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires, the Planetarium, and the Monument of the Spaniards. After our morning of discovery we return to our hotel.
After the tour, enjoy leisurely time browsing boutique shops, or do a little last minute souvenir shopping. The afternoon is yours to relax in streetside cafés, stroll lush parks, or savour traditional Argentine cuisine at nearby restaurants. Your guide will be happy to tell you of further places to visit.
Traditional Gaucho Ranch Experience
Discover a countryside Gaucho Ranch
Kick-start the day in true gaucho style as we head out to the Argentine countryside along the Pan-American Highway, passing grazing cattle. On arrival at a traditional farmhouse, enjoy welcome drinks and tasty empanadas before exploring the estate and soaking up the fresh air of the pampas.
Savour a classic Argentine barbecue lunch with fresh salads and vegetarian options. After lunch, enjoy a lively folkloric show and watch gauchos display their incredible horseback skills, including herding and the thrilling “sortija” race, before returning to the city.
Buenos Aires at Leisure & Tango Show
Tango Show & Optional Tigre & Parana River tour
Today is our last day to explore this fascinating city; shop till you drop or uncover yet more of the rich culture and art on offer.
Alternatively experience more on a half-day optional excursion to Tigre and the Delta port for a 1-hour cruise around the scenic islands of the Paraná River. Pass by quaint houses on stilts, historic riverside residences, sailing clubs, restaurants, and weekend homes that give the area its unique charm. The local economy thrives on wood, vegetables, flowering plants, and fruit plantations, offering a glimpse into daily life along the delta and the authentic spirit of Buenos Aires.

Join us for dinner and an authentic Tango Show! Tonight, we experience the rhythm and flavours of Buenos Aires with a dramatic Tango show as we enjoy the company of newfound friends over dinner on our last night in the city.
