Ivan has extensive experience in leading tours through the Spanish regions of Catalonia and Valencia. His teaching background has helped to enlighten our Travel Department customers, he loves meeting new people, hearing their stories and making new friends.

Sara is a certified Spanish Tour Guide and joined Travel Department in 2017. She spent several years living in Africa and this early experience made her realise her passion for travel, so she studied Tourism in Seville. Sara loves History, Art and showing her homeland to many guests and making their holidays unforgettable.

Originally from Spain, Salvador is a passionate tour guide with over nine years’ experience leading tours across Spain. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, he is known for his engaging and knowledgeable style. With a deep love for history and music, Salvador brings his tours to life with rich stories and cultural insights. When he’s not guiding, he enjoys teaching flamenco percussion or taking part in sports.

Claire has been working as a Tour Manager for many years, she studied tourism and used to work in Asia, but Spain is where her heart is. She loves to show the best of a destination, from iconic landmarks to the hidden gems.

Margaret, although born and educated in London has spent 50 years living and working as a guide in Spain. She has worked for many national and international tour operators, this has allowed her to do what she loves the most, meet people, share the local culture and places of interest.

Nancy’s background in travel was very much office based and rarely face-to-face. She has flourished in her new role as tour leader for Travel Department and loves meeting people from different backgrounds. Nancy lives in Tenerife; she has excellent knowledge and loves exploring the island with our customers. 

Born and raised in the Canary Islands, José graduated with a degree in Tourism before becoming a tour guide, driven by his great pleasure in introducing travellers to his native land. “As a guide, you appreciate visitors who ask questions and are eager to learn,” he explains. This passion is why he enjoys showing Travel Department travellers the very best of his islands.

Mary is a passionate, multilingual tour guide with British-Portuguese roots and a deep love for the Canary Islands, where she is officially certified. With years of experience exploring Tenerife’s landscapes, historic towns, and hidden corners, she brings each place to life with warmth, insight, and creativity. Her tours blend local culture, nature, and storytelling, and whether leading a city walk, volcanic hike, or national park visit, Mary’s approachable style and expertise leave travellers inspired and at ease from day one.

Alex is from Malaga and leads our Andalucía tours. He's always passionate to share knowledge and culture of his country to all our customers and does his best to ensure all customers have a fantastic time!
