Transfer to Costa de la Luz
Fly to Faro, Portugal, where you will be met by our local representative and transferred to your hotel in one of the seaside towns - Punta Umbria or Islantilla (depending on your chosen date), approx. 120km from Spain’s Costa de la Luz.
Ayamonte
Guided Tour of Ayamonte & Vila Real
Join us this morning as we depart for Ayamonte to board our ferry crossing the Guadalmedina River to Vila Real, a charming city in Portugal. As the capital of the Vila Real district, it sits in the picturesque Trás-os-Montes region. Our knowledgeable guide will lead us through the area, offering fascinating insights into its history and culture.
After the guided tour, we'll have some free time to explore the city at our own pace. Following the break, we'll take the ferry back to the hotel, leaving you with the rest of the afternoon free for leisure.
Niebla
Excursion to Niebla
This morning, set off on a guided excursion to Niebla. This town was established during the times of the Moors and retains a very rich historic legacy. Travel back in time, as you admire the town and the preserved medieval walls that surround it. During the excursion, there will also be a visit to a wine museum at Bodegas Andrade, followed by a short walking tour in the vineyards, where you can learn about the ancient art of producing wine. There’s a chance to taste four different wines, including the famous Andalucian Vino de Naranja (orange wine). There will be free time for lunch, before returning to the hotel.

You will have today free to spend as you wish. Why not take a trip along the coast to one of the nearby seaside towns for lunch, or relax on one of the numerous beaches?
Huelva & Christopher Columbus Guided Tour
Huelva
You will start today with a visit of Huelva where you will have some free time for shopping and exploring this lovely port city.
Retracing the Steps of Christopher Columbus
After relaxing in Helva, you will continue your day's excursion to retrace the steps of Christopher Columbus. Begin with a visit to the nearby Franciscan Monastery of La Rabida, a place that Columbus called home while planning his first voyage to the New World. Afterwards, continue to the Muelle de las Carabelas (the Quay of the Caravels), where you will witness historical artefacts and discover what life was like on board the ships. Entrances to the monastery & museum are included.
Seville
Panoramic City Tour of Seville
Today, you’ll visit Andalucía’s most lively and colourful city, located on the banks of the River Guadalquivir. Seville is famous for flamenco, tapas and a rich cultural and architectural heritage. On your panoramic city tour by coach, you will view highlights such as the San Telmo Palace and Golden Tower. There will also be a visit to the beautiful Plaza Espana and the Alcazar (entrance included).

Explore Costa de la Luz at Your Own Pace
You will have today free to spend at your leisure. Take a stroll on the beach, enjoy a cool drink and a few tapas, and perhaps do some souvenir shopping.
Return Home
Depart Spain
It’s time to bid farewell to the Costa de la Luz. You will be transferred to Faro airport with guide assistance, for your flight home.
