Upon arrival in Italy, you will be met by our local representative and transferred by coach to our hotel in Montecatini.

Today, you will have a full day to relax and enjoy the charms of Montecatini. You may wish to: 

• Take a stroll around this welcoming spa town 
• Treat yourself to a coffee in one of its many cafés 
• Take the cable car to hilltop Montecatini Alto

Join our guide for a full-day excursion to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance and one of the highlights of this Classic Tuscany itinerary. 

This morning, our guide will lead us on a walking tour through the city and towards the Arno River. Along the way, we'll: 

• View the famous Duomo from the outside 
• Visit Piazza della Signoria
• Cross the iconic Ponte Vecchio

This afternoon, take some free time for lunch, sightseeing or shopping at the famous Leather Market.

We’ll continue our Tuscany sightseeing tour with a day exploring two of the region’s most atmospheric historic towns, starting with Siena: 

• A city known for its art, cuisine, museums and medieval character 
• We’ll visit Piazza del Campo, home of the famous palio horse race, which is held twice a year

In the afternoon, we’ll head to the hilltop town of San Gimignano:

• Known as the Town of Fine Towers
• Enjoy free time to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its charming narrow streets and historic centre
• While exploring at your own pace, you may like to sample Vernaccia di San Gimignano, the area's renowned white wine, made from grapes grown on the surrounding sandstone hillsides.

Today gives you another opportunity to relax and get to know the lovely town of Montecatini. You may wish to:

• Enjoy a leisurely stroll through its piazzas and leafy parks 
• Browse the shops 
• Pause for coffee in one of the town’s cafés

This morning, join our guide for a full-day excursion. Our first stop is Lucca: 

• Birthplace of the renowned composer Puccini 
• We will walk through its historic streets and discover beautiful Romanesque churches and the city’s elegant character 

After the tour, enjoy free time for lunch or explore the city further before continuing to Pisa in the afternoon.

• We’ll visit the Piazza dei Miracoli, home to one of Italy’s most iconic landmarks, the Leaning Tower of Pisa

Today, you will check out of your hotel and travel by coach to the airport for your return flight, bringing your Tuscany holiday to a close, filled with happy memories of Italy.
