Join us on this 7-night walking holiday as we explore some of the beautiful islands of the Adriatic Sea and experience Croatia’s crown jewel, the walled city of Dubrovnik. We’ll wander through the woods, get off the beaten track and enjoy views of Croatia’s breathtaking coastline. In Dubrovnik, we’ll enjoy leisure time to stroll through the historic Old Town and walk along the city’s ancient walls for spectacular views of the surrounding water. With so many things to see and experience, this holiday is sure to be one to remember.

Travel to Croatia
Arrive in Dubrovnik
Upon arrival in Croatia you will be met by our local representative and transferred by coach to your hotel in Dubrovnik, which will be your base for the next 2 nights. Dubrovnik is well known for its distinctive Old Town, encircled with massive stone walls dating back to the 16th century.

Walking from Cilipi Village to Cavtat
There will be an orientation meeting with your local guide to assess the group’s fitness levels before your first excursion. Enjoy a guided walking tour beginning at Cilipi Village, walking to Mocici and onwards to the seaside town of Cavtat through the scenic landscape of Konavale covering a distance of approximately 8km over mostly flat terrain and forest trails. A packed lunch will be included

Travel to the Peninsula of Peljesac & Walk the Ston Walls

This morning, we say goodbye to Dubrovnik for now and continue to the Peninsula of Peljesac. The second largest Croatian peninsula is 65 kilometres long and only 6 kilometres wide. Embark on an unforgettable journey through this magical region and experience its panoramas, picturesque villages, enchanting vineyards, and beautiful beaches. A dreamy road across the Pelješac Bridge will take you to the land of the finest wine, delicious oysters, and fragrant salt. Our first stop will be Ston, approximately 1 hour drive from Dubrovnik. Ston is a settlement located at the south of isthmus of the Pelješac peninsula. The walls of Ston are the longest preserved fortification system in Europe and stretch for five kilometers. The walls were built in the 14th century to protect the town of Ston, which was an important center for salt production. We will walk from Veliki Ston to Mali Ston around the ancient Ston Walls including the steep parts of it and back to Veliki Ston. After free time for lunch in Ston, we will depart towards Orebic to our hotel.

Walking in Orebic
Guided Walking tour of Orebic
Today we will leave from our hotel in Orebic and walk towards the Stankovic area and Franciscan Convent dated back to the 15th Century. We will follow the macadam road, passing olive and fig groves while enjoying stunning views of the Pelješac Channel and the islands of Korčula and Mljet. A packed lunch is included today. . In the afternoon, we will walk along the coast and return to our hotel.

Walking Korcula Island
Korcula Island
We will set off from our hotel in Orebic to the Perna dock, where a private boat transfer will be waiting to take us to Korcula Island. Upon arrival to Korcula, we will walk towards and into the forest vegetation reserve Kočje, near the village of Zrnovo. A packed lunch is included for you today.
In the afternoon, we return to the town of Korcula where you will have free time to explore the magical labyrinth of streets built in the herringbone pattern and the charming palaces and squares. We will return to Perna by boat and walk back to the hotel where you can relax for the evening.

Peljesac Peninsula and Return to Dubrovnik
Peljesac Peninsula Vineyard & Winery
Depart our hotel in Orebic and embark on a guided walking excursion through the vineyards of the Peljesac Peninsula. The walk will be approximately 4.5km on flat gravel path before arriving at a local winery for wine tasting

Transfer to Dubrovnik
In the afternoon, we will leave Orebic and continue by coach to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival in Dubrovnik, you will have the rest of the afternoon and evening at leisure to spend as you wish.

Free time
Today you will have a full day at leisure in Dubrovnik. You may relax at your hotel or we suggest you take a trip to Lokrum Island, which is a densely wooded nature reserve with an interesting botanical garden and the remains of a Habsburg fortress. This can be booked locally and is a ten-minute ferry ride from Dubrovnik Old Town.
Return Home
Depart Dubrovnik
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight home. .
