Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, you’ll be met by our representative and transferred to a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Early check-in allows you to relax after the long journey. Enjoy a welcome refreshment and take your first breath of the energy and atmosphere that defines India.
Old Delhi
Your exploration begins in Old Delhi, a maze of narrow lanes, ancient architecture, and buzzing markets. Begin your journey at the Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former residence of Mughal emperors. Built in the 17th century from striking red sandstone, this sprawling fort complex reflects the height of Mughal grandeur and played a key role in India's independence movement.
Then, hop aboard a rickshaw for a thrilling ride through Chandni Chowk, where centuries of history unfold amid the chatter of spice merchants, textile traders, and sweet vendors.
Next, you’ll visit Humayun’s Tomb, a precursor to the Taj Mahal and a masterpiece of Mughal architecture set within serene Persian-style gardens. We visit the Lotus Temple and marvel at its wonderful architecture (outside), then visit the ISCON Temple, and interact with the local monks.

Today begins with a visit to the magnificent Amber Fort, perched on a hilltop overlooking Maota Lake. This 16th-century fort is a blend of Hindu and Mughal styles, with ornate courtyards, mirrored halls, and frescoed walls. Palace of Winds & Exhilarating Tuk Tuk Ride
Explore Jaipur’s historic city centre on foot, taking in the City Palace Museum, home to royal artefacts, vintage weaponry, and stunning Rajasthani textiles. Admire the delicate façade of the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), an architectural marvel designed so royal women could watch street life unseen.

Into the Himalayas – Rishikesh and the Spirit of Yoga
The Banks of the Sacred Ganges River
After breakfast, fly to Dehradun, nestled at the base of the Himalayas. From there, a private transfer takes you to the peaceful yoga town of Rishikesh, on the banks of the sacred Ganges River.
Walking and Tuk-Tuk Tour
Settle into your accommodation and enjoy a walking and tuk-tuk tour of the town. Visit ancient ashrams, spiritual bookshops, and cafés tucked into riverbanks. Cross the famous Laxman Jhula, a suspension bridge offering sweeping views of the river and foothills.
Aarti Ceremony
As the sun sets, join the Aarti ceremony at Triveni Ghat, a mesmerising spiritual ritual where priests perform prayers with fire and chanting while flower offerings float on the river. This is one of the most iconic spiritual moments in India. Return to the retreat for a light organic Ayurvedic dinner made with fresh, healing ingredients.

Himalayan Hike
Embark on a guided hike through the Himalayan foothills, covering about 10km over 3–4 hours. Pass through pine forests and winding trails to the peaceful village of Hindolakhal, where you’ll interact with locals and gain insights into mountain life. The hike continues to the Kunjapuri Devi Temple, a sacred Hindu site known for its panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks of Garhwal Himalayas.

Depart Rishikesh after breakfast and journey to Jim Corbett National Park, India’s first and most famous wildlife reserve, known for its population of elusive Bengal tigers and lush landscapes. The 4.5-hour drive winds through forested hills and peaceful villages.
Jeep Safari
Upon arrival at your forest resort, head out on a jeep safari through the park’s diverse habitats—grasslands, sal forests, and riverine belts. With luck and a good guide, you may spot tigers, elephants, crocodiles, deer, and more than 600 species of birds.
Traditional Kumaoni Dinner
Back at the resort, enjoy a traditional Kumaoni dinner, inspired by the mountain communities of Uttarakhand. Earthy lentils, millet breads, and pickled vegetables are just a few of the unique dishes that showcase the flavours of the region.
